专科质量指标对提高下肢静脉曲张术后患者踝泵运动正确执行率的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析专科质量指标对提高下肢静脉曲张术后患者踝泵运动正确执行率所发挥的作用。方法将随机抽取的298例自2019年1-12月在本院进行下肢静脉曲张手术的患者归入至对照组,将随机抽取的603例自2020年1月-2021年12月在本院接受下肢静脉曲张手术的患者归入至观察组,对照组患者术后采用常规踝泵运动干预模式,观察组患者采用专科质量指标干预模式,比较两组踝泵运动正确执行情况、术后并发症情况。结果观察组患者踝泵运动正确执行率显著高于对照组且两组正确执行率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组术后并发症总发生率显著更低(P<0.05)。结论专科质量指标可显著提高下肢静脉曲张术后患者踝泵运动正确执行率,可有效降低深静脉血栓等并发症发生率,能够促进患者术后康复,推广价值较高。Objective To analyze effect of specialized quality indicators in improving correct execution rate of ankle pump movement of patients with lower limb varicose veins after surgery.Methods The paper chose 298 patients with lower limb varicose vein surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 as control group,and 603 patients with lower limb varicose vein surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 as observation group.Control group was treated with routine ankle pump exercise intervention mode after surgery,while observation group with specialized quality index intervention mode.Correct execution of ankle pump movements and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results Crrect execution rate of ankle pump movement in observation group was significantly higher than control group,difference of correct execution rate between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was significantly lower than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized quality indicators can improve correct implementation rate of ankle pump movement of patients with lower extremity varicose veins after surgery significantly,can reduce incidence of complications such as deep vein thrombosis,can promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients,which has high promotion value.
