循证护理干预在预防甲状腺术后并发症中的运用研究

摘　　要：目的探究循证护理干预在预防甲状腺术后并发症中的运用。方法选取2021年1月-2023年1月本院收治的50例甲状腺手术患者为本次回顾性研究对象,按不同护理方法将其分为两组,包括对照组24例接受常规护理,观察组26例接受循证护理干预。比较两组术后并发症发生率、生活质量水平。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理前基本生活活动能力(BADL)量表评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后BADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预可以预防发生并发症,提高其生活质量水平。Objective To explore application of evidence-based nursing intervention in preventing postoperative complications of thyroid surgery.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with thyroid surgery from January 2021 to January 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups according to different nursing methods,including control group of 24 cases treated with routine nursing and observation group of 26 cases with evidence-based nursing intervention.Incidence of postoperative complications and life quality was compared between two groups.Results Incidence of complications in observation group was 3.85%,lower than 29.17%in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in pre care basic activity of life(BADL)scale scores(P>0.05);BADL scores of observation group after nursing were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence based nursing intervention can prevent complications and improve their life quality.
