无缝隙护理在支架取栓术治疗急性脑梗死中的应用及对并发症的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的探究无缝隙护理在支架取栓术治疗急性脑梗死中的应用及对并发症的影响意义。方法选取2021年2月-2022年12月在本院行支架取栓术治疗急性脑梗死患者60例为样本,以随机数组排列分组,对照组/30例(常规护理),实验组/30例(无缝隙护理)。对比两组患者生活质量评分、心理健康水平、临床指标、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果无缝隙护理开展后,实验组对比对照组,各项研究指标有明确的优化(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理在支架取栓术治疗急性脑梗死中,护理效果较为明确,满足患者实际护理需要,构建良好医患关系,优化预后结局,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore application of seamless nursing in treatment of acute cerebral infarction with stent thrombectomy and its effect on complications.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with stent thrombectomy in our hospital from February 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into control group of 30 cases(with routine nursing)and experimental group of 30 cases(with seamless nursing)randomly.Statistical comparison:Life quality scores;Mental health level;Clinical indicators;Incidence of complications;Nursing satisfaction degree.Results After seamless nursing,experimental group showed better various research indicators than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment of acute cerebral infarction with stent thrombectomy,seamless nursing can achieve obvious nursing effect,meet actual nursing needs of patients,builds good doctor–patient relationship,optimize prognosis,which has clinical application value.
