台湾地区数字经济发展对两岸经贸关系的影响研究

摘　　要：随着大数据、物联网以及人工智能等新一代信息技术的快速发展,数字经济已经成为效率提升和经济结构优化的重要推动力。长期以来,台湾地区当局通过制定各种政策推动数字经济发展,在数字经济规模、数字基础设施建设与数字技术应用、数字消费、产业数字化等各领域成效显著。两岸数字经济优势互补,台湾地区数字经济的快速发展将会拓展两岸经贸合作新领域,促进两岸数字贸易高质量发展并加速两岸双边投资产业结构与布局优化,助力两岸产业链供应链融合发展,为两岸经济发展和人文交流创造新的增长点,成为构建两岸融合发展新格局的重要助力。With the rapid development of the new generation of information technologies such as big data,IoT and artificial intelligence,the digital economy has become an important driving force for efficiency enhancement and economic structure optimization.For a long time,Taiwan has promoted development of the digital economy through the formulation of various policies,achieving remarkable results in the areas of digital economy scale,digital infrastructure construction as well as digital technology application,digital consumption,and industrial digitization.The complementary advantages of the digital economy across the Taiwan Strait and the rapid development of Taiwan's digital economy will expand new areas of cross-Strait economic and trade cooperation,promote the high-quality development of cross-Strait digital trade,accelerate the optimization of the industrial structure and layout of cross-Strait bilateral investment,boost the integrated development of cross-Strait industrial and supply chains,bring new growth points for cross-Strait economic development and cultural exchanges,and play an important role in building a new pattern of integrated development.across the Taiwan Strait.
