摘　　要：基于中医“心主神志”理论探讨癌因性失眠的治疗思路,重点阐述心神与癌因性失眠关系,因癌病、治疗、情志而扰神导致失眠。治疗癌因性失眠,药物治疗着重选取具有扶正养神、祛邪安神、芳香安神、重镇安神等功效为主的药物,非药物治疗包括针灸调神、情志疗法、导引调神等。Based on the theory of"heart control mind"in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper discussed the treatment of cancer-related insomnia,focusing on the relationship between heart mind and cancer-related insomnia,which was caused by disturbance of mind due to cancer,treatment,and emotions.For the treatment of cancer-related insomnia,medicine therapy focused on the selection of drugs with the main effects of strengthening vital Qi and nourishing the spirit,dispelling pathogenic factors and soothe the spirit,soothe the spirit with aromatic Chinese herbs,and tranquillization with heavy prescription.Non medicine therapy included acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,emotional therapy,Qigong therapy,and etc.
