新安医家汪机之学受朱丹溪的影响

摘　　要：通过对明代新安医家汪机著作的研读,并与朱丹溪相关著作进行比较,发现其学术思想与临证诊治受朱丹溪影响颇深,包括学术观点、杂病病机、临床治疗、方药运用及针灸等诸多方面。汪机深受朱丹溪影响,在全面继承的基础上又有发挥,从“阳有余阴不足论”中引出“营卫论”“参芪论”等学说;对于疾病病因病机的认识,汪机极为推崇丹溪之学,并有独到见解;临证施治,能活用丹溪之法;遣方用药,师古不泥;在赞同朱丹溪“针法只泻无补”思想基础上提倡针药并举等,体现了汪机的传承创新精神。Through studying the works of WANG Ji,a doctor of Xin'an medicine school in Ming Dynasty,and comparing them with related works of ZHU Danxi,it was found that his academic thoughts and clinical diagnosis and treatment were deeply influenced by ZHU Danxi,including academic views,pathogenesis of miscellaneous diseases,clinical treatment,application of prescriptions and drugs,acupuncture and moxibustion and many other aspects.Deeply influenced by ZHU Danxi,and on the basis of comprehensive inheritance,WANG Ji gave full play to the theory of"Ying Wei Theory"and"Shenqi Theory"from the theory of"excess of Yang and deficiency of Yin theory".In terms of the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases,WANG Ji highly praised the theory of Danxi and had unique opinions.In clinical treatment,WANG Ji was able to use the method of Danxi flexibly.In terms of prescription and medicine,he learned from Danxi but was not constrained.On the basis of agreeing with Danxi's idea of"acupuncture only emptying but not replenishing",he advocated the simultaneous use of acupuncture and medicine,which reflected WANG Ji's spirit of inheritance and innovation.
