摘　　要：美国国会议员在策动涉台立法提案的同时频繁赴台活动,非法与中国台湾方面进行官方接触。2012年至2022年美国国会议员赴台活动呈现出一些新特征,主要表现为:赴台活动频率与两岸局势变化呈现密切关联性;赴台活动议员与涉台提案议员高度契合;议员赴台活动动机多元化。美国国会议员赴台活动不仅严重违反一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定,向“台独”势力发出错误信号,而且严重影响了中美关系与台海和平稳定。While pushing for Taiwan region-related legislative initiatives,members of the U.S.Congress frequently visited Taiwan region and illegally engaged in official interactions with Taiwan region authorities.From 2012 to 2022,the visits of U.S.Congress members to Taiwan region have shown some new characteristics.Firstly,the frequency of visits to Taiwan is closely related to the changes in the cross-Straits situation.Secondly,congress members visiting Taiwan region are also involved in Taiwan-related legislation.Thirdly,the motivations' for congress membersvisits to Taiwan region are diverse.The visits of U.S.Congress members not only severely violate the One-China Principle and the provisions of the three Sino-U.S.joint communiqués,but also send wrong signals to the“Taiwan independence”forces.These activities pose serious damage to Sino-U.S.relations and the peace and stability of the Taiwan Strait.
