摘　　要：文化领域融合发展是两岸融合发展的重要组成部分。海峡两岸的文化交流始于出版业交流,图书馆出版作为图书馆提供的一种有组织出版服务,兼具出版业和图书馆服务特点,是两岸文化交流合作的重要阵地。闽台两地图书馆可以充分利用五缘关系与政策优势,先行先试,创设闽台图书馆出版合作试验区,以两岸共享的传统文化为基础,以闽台特色文献互补为切入点,从政策层面、行业层面、图书馆层面、资源层面,层层细化,探索闽台图书馆出版融合发展新路,为进一步促进两岸文化领域融合发展提供可行性范例与经验。Integrated development in the cultural field is a crucial component of the cross-Straits integrated development.The cultural exchanges across the Taiwan Strait begins with publishing industry interactions.Library publishing,as an organized publishing service provided by libraries,possesses characteristics of both the publishing industry and library services.It serves as a pivotal platform for cross-Straits cultural collaboration.Libraries in Fujian and Taiwan region can fully leverage the advantages of the five-special-relationship and favorable policies.They can pioneer and establish a Fujian-Taiwan library publishing cooperation experimental zone.Based on the shared traditional culture of the two shores and focusing on the complementary unique documents of Fujian and Taiwan region,this paper delves into policies,industry standards,library operations,and resources.It explores new avenues for the integrated development of Fujian-Taiwan library publishing and provides feasible examples and experiences to further promote cross-Straits integrated development in the cultural field.
