甘爱萍教授治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎的首诊用药规律探讨

摘　　要：目的 通过数据挖掘方法分析甘爱萍教授治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎(CNAG)的首诊用药规律。方法 收集近3年就诊于湖北省中医院甘教授门诊的175例CNAG患者的临床资料,使用Excel和古今医案云平台等软件对数据进行标准化处理,并对药物进行数据分析。结果 175例患者共涉及198味中药,使用频率较高的中药依次为茯苓、蒲公英、浙贝母、砂仁、百合等,功效以清热解毒、疏肝理气、益胃生津等为主,药性以寒、微寒、温、平为主;药味以甘、苦、辛为主;归经以肺、脾、胃为主。同时挖掘出8个药对组合和3个聚类方。结论 甘教授治疗CNAG时祛邪与扶正两者兼顾,在扶助患者正气的同时加以清热燥湿、疏肝行气之品,使气血调和,达邪去正安之效。Objective To analyze the first consultation medication pattern of Professor Gan Aiping in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG) by data mining method.Methods The clinical data of 175 patients with CNAG who visited Professor Gan Clinic of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the past three years were collected,and the data were standardized and drug data analyzed using software such as Excel and cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records.Results A total of 198 Chinese herbal medicines were involved in 175 patients,and the more frequently used herbal medicines were Tuckahoe,dandelion,Thunberg fritillary,amomum,lily in order of efficacy,with the main effects of clearing heat and detoxifying toxins,draining liver and qi,and benefiting the stomach and generating fluid,etc.The medicinal properties were mainly cold,slightly cold,warm and flat,the medicinal flavors were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the normalizing channels were mainly lung,spleen and stomach.Eight combinations of drug pairs and three clustered prescriptions were also mined.Conclusion In the treatment of CNAG,Professor Gan balanced both elimination of evil and support of righteousness,while supporting the patient's righteousness,and added products to clear heat,dry dampness,and dredge the liver and move qi,so as to harmonize qi and blood and achieve the effect of removing evil and resting righteousness.
