摘　　要：目的 探讨三三二方治疗儿童慢性湿性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年3月—2022年3月经儿科门诊诊治的慢性湿性咳嗽患儿100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组应用三三二方治疗,对照组应用头孢克洛干混悬剂和盐酸氨溴索治疗,7 d为1个疗程。观察并评估2组咳嗽量表积分,中医证候积分以及血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平并进行临床疗效的判定。结果 治疗后治疗组总有效率高于对照组,患儿治疗后咳嗽量表积分均较治疗前降低,治疗组食欲、喉间痰鸣、舌苔厚度中医证候积分均较治疗前降低;2组治疗后IL-4、IL-6下降,上述各指标组间比较均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 三三二方治疗儿童慢性湿性咳嗽可有效缓解患儿咳嗽症状及肺部体征,改善患儿食欲、喉间痰鸣、舌苔厚度,并降低血清IL-4、IL-6水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sansaner prescription in the treatment of chronic wet cough in children.Methods A total of 100 children with chronic wet cough who were diagnosed and treated in pediatric outpatient from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected.They were divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Sansaner prescription,and the control group was treated with cefaclor and ambroxol hydrochloride.One week was a course of treatment.The cough scale scores,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores and serum IL-4 and IL-6 levels of the two groups were observed and evaluated,and the clinical effect was determined.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The scores of the cough scale of the children after treatment were lower than that before treatment,and the scores of TCM syndrome of appetite,phlegm in the throat and tongue coating thickness in the treatment group were lower than that before treatment.After treatment,IL-4 and IL-6 were decreased in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sansaner prescription in the treatment of chronic wet cough in children can effectively relieve cough symptoms and pulmonary signs in children,improve appetite,phlegm in the throat,and tongue coating thickness of children,and reduce serum IL-4 and IL-6 levels,which is worthy of clinical application.
