固本祛痰化瘀汤治疗慢阻肺稳定期肺肾气虚兼瘀证临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨固本祛痰化瘀汤对慢阻肺稳定期肺肾气虚兼瘀证患者临床疗效。方法 将南京中医药大学无锡附属医院治疗的慢阻肺稳定期肺肾气虚兼瘀证患者70例,分为对照组(常规西药治疗,35例)与观察组(固本祛痰化瘀汤治疗,35例),分析2组患者临床疗效。结果 治疗后,2组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组比对照组有更好的控显率(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、CAT评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 固本祛痰化瘀汤用于慢阻肺稳定期肺肾气虚兼瘀证患者的治疗,临床效果理想,可有效减轻患者的临床症状,降低CAT评分,提高临床治疗的控显率,是值得推荐的治疗方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guben Qutan Huayu decoction in treating syndrome of lung and kidney qi deficiency with blood stasis of chronic obstructive pulmonary(COPD) in stable stage.Methods 70 cases of syndrome of lung and kidney qi deficiency with blood stasis of COPD in stable stage were selected from Wuxi Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and divided into control group(conventional Western medicine treatment,35 cases) and observation group(Guben Qutan Huayu decoction treatment,35 cases).The clinical effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the observation group had better control rate than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and CAT scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guben Qutan Huayu decoction has ideal clinical effect in treating syndrome of lung and kidney qi deficiency with blood stasis of COPD in stable stage.It can effectively reduce clinical symptoms and CAT scores of patients and improve the effective rate.It is a recommended treatment method.
