降压汤对1级高血压的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察降压汤加减联合生活方式的改变治疗1级高血压的效果,方法 将2020年5月—2022年5月治疗的64例高血压病患者做为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组采用生活方式干预,治疗组采用降压汤加减治疗联合生活方式干预。比较2组患者的临床疗效及中医证候积分。结果 治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者血压水平及中医证候积分优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 降压汤加减联合生活方式的改变治疗1级高血压疗效显著,临床症状得以改善,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of Jiangya decoction combined with lifestyle changes in the treatment of grade I hypertension.Methods 64 patients with hypertension treated from May 2020 to May 2022 were taken as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to the method of drawing lots.The control group was treated with lifestyle intervention therapy,while the treatment group was treated with Jiangya decoction and lifestyle therapy.The clinical effect and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure level and TCM syndrome score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiangya decoction combined with lifestyle changes has a significant effect on the treatment of grade I hypertension,and its clinical symptoms can be improved,which is worthy of promotion and application.
