吴茱萸热熨法联合红外线照射缓解混合痔术后疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨吴茱萸热熨法联合红外线照射缓解混合痔术后疼痛的疗效及相关机制研究。方法 选取2021年1月—2021年12月宁乡市人民医院肛肠科收治的120例混合痔患者,将其随机分为4组,治疗组A(吴茱萸热熨法联合红外线照射)、治疗组B(吴茱萸热熨法)、治疗组C(红外线照射)和对照组(热敷法)。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法评估疼痛,焦虑自评量表评估焦虑,有效率作为评定指标。比较术后首次排便、排尿时间。结果 吴茱萸热熨联合红外线照射、单独运用时总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果显示,两者均可缓解混合痔术后疼痛及焦虑、缩短术后首次排便、排尿时间(P<0.05)。结论 吴茱萸热熨及红外线照射均可缓解混合痔术后疼痛,且两者联合疗效最佳。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and possible mechanism of Fructus Evodiae hot ironing combined with infrared irradiation in the treatment of relieving mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain.Methods A total of 120 mixed hemorrhoids patients after undergoing open(Milligan-Morgan) hemorrhoidectomy combined with elastic line ligation from 1st January to 30th December in 2021 in this study.They were divided into four groups by a simple random grouping method with 30 people in each group.Group A was treated with Fructus Evodiae hot ironing combined with infrared irradiation,group B with Fructus Evodiae hot ironing,group C with infrared irradiation and control group was treated with hot water ironing.The clinical effect and clinical syndrome scores of the four groups were evaluated.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS scale) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS scale) were used to evaluate pain and anxiety respectively the operation day,and first urine and defecation time after operation were recorded.Pain VAS scale was used to evaluate the relief of pain before and after treatment respectively in the first three days after operation.Results The total effective rate of Fructus Evodiae hot ironing combined with infrared irradiation was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Results Both of them could relieve pain and anxiety after mixed hemorrhoids and shorten the time of first defecation and urination(P<0.05).Conclusion Fructus Evodiae hot ironing and infrared irradiation are able to relieve mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain,and the combined effect is the best.
