摘　　要：桡神经卡压综合征是在其走行过程中,由于局部解剖因素或外在因素的影响,在由骨骼、肌肉、筋膜、韧带等组织组成的骨纤维管道或间隙中受到牵拉与压迫,出现受压神经支配区功能丧失的综合征,是一种常见的周围神经卡压综合征。临床上对于桡神经卡压主要采用药物、手术等治疗方式,手术具有一定风险,费用也较高,预后欠佳。中医学历史悠久,治疗方案多种多样且效果不错。针刺作为中医学中一种简便廉效的治疗方法被当今世界所推崇。笔者在临床工作中对2例桡神经卡压患者采用关刺筋结节点治疗,所得疗效较为满意,值得临床推广。Radial nerve entrapment syndrome is a common syndrome of peripheral nerve entrapment,in which the function of the compressed nerve innervation area is lost due to the traction and compression in the bone fiber channel or space composed of bone,muscle,fascia,ligament and other tissues due to the influence of local anatomical factors or external factors during the course of walking.In clinic,the main treatment methods for radial nerve entrapment are drugs and surgery.Surgery has certain risks,high costs and poor prognosis.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history,with various treatment schemes and good effects.Acupuncture,as a simple and effective treatment method in traditional Chinese medicine,is highly praised by the world today.In clinical work,the author treated two patients with radial nerve entrapment by articular needling tendon node,and obtained satisfactory results.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
