耳穴压豆与脐灸护理对中风后失眠患者睡眠质量和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究耳穴压豆与脐灸护理对中风后失眠患者睡眠质量和生活质量的影响。方法 采用随机数字表法将82例中风后失眠患者分为对照组和观察组,每组41例,对照组开展常规护理,观察组于对照组基础上予以耳穴压豆与脐灸护理,疗程为4周,比较2组护理前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、多导睡眠情况(睡眠总时间、睡眠潜伏期以及觉醒次数)以及生活质量评分。结果 观察组护理后PSQI各维度评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);睡眠总时间长于对照组(P<0.05),睡眠潜伏期短于对照组(P<0.05),觉醒次数少于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 耳穴压豆与脐灸护理能够改善中风后失眠患者睡眠质量和生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of auricular point pressing bean and umbilical moxibustion nursing on sleep quality and quality of life of insomnia patients after stroke.Methods A total of 82 patients with insomnia after stroke were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given ear point compression bean and umbilical moxibustion nursing on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scores,polysomnosis(total sleep time,sleep latency and number of awakenings) and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The score and total score of PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total sleep time was longer than that of control group(P<0.05),the sleep latency was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05),and the number of awakenings was less than that of control group(P<0.05).Quality of life score was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The auricular point pressing bean and umbilical moxibustion nursing can improve the sleep quality and life quality of insomnia patients after stroke,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
