柴胡舒肝丸联合胃痞消颗粒对肝胃气滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状、血清学指标、疗效及复发率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨柴胡舒肝丸联合胃痞消颗粒对肝胃气滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状、血清学指标、疗效及复发率的影响。方法:选取2017年3月~2018年2月期间某院收治的128例肝胃气滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、A组、B组、联合组,每组32例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,A组在对照组基础上加用柴胡舒肝丸,B组在对照组基础上加用胃痞消颗粒,联合组在对照组基础上加用柴胡舒肝丸和胃痞消颗粒。比较4组患者临床症状总分、血清指标[胃泌素-17(G-17)、胃动素(MOT)]水平变化、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果:治疗后,4组临床症状总分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于A组、B组和对照组(P<0.05);4组血清G-17、MOT水平均升高(P<0.05),且联合组高于A组、B组和对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗总有效率高于A组、B组和对照组(P<0.05);4组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);联合组复发率低于A组、B组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗的基础上联合柴胡舒肝丸和胃痞消颗粒治疗肝胃气滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎可有效减轻患者的临床症状,提高血清G-17、MOT水平,临床疗效确切,安全性高,且复发率低。Objective:To probe into the effect of Chaihu Shugan pills combined with Weipixiao granules on clinical symptoms,serological markers,response and recurrence rate in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of Ganwei Qizhi type.Methods:A total of 128 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of Ganwei Qizhi type treated in a hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were divided into control group,group A,group B and combination group by the random number table,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.In addition to the treatment given in the control group,group A was treated with Chaihu Shugan pills,group B with Weipixiao granules,and the combination group with Chaihu Shugan pills and Weipixiao granules.The total score of clinical symptoms,changes in serological markers [gastrin-17(G-17),motilin(MOT)],clinical response,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared among the four groups.Results:After treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms decreased in the four groups than that before the treatment(P<0.05),and was lower in the combination group compared with the group A,group B and control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum G-17 and MOT increased in the four groups than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were higher in the combination group compared with the group A,group B and control group(P<0.05).The total response rate in the combination group was higher than that in the group A,group B and control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the four groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the combination group was lower than that in the group A,group B and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment with Chaihu Shugan pills and Weipixiao granules combined with conventional western medicine can effectively attenuate the clinical symptoms and increase the levels of serum G-17 and MOT in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of Ganwei Qizhi type,with ideal clinical efficacy,high safety
