摘　　要：【目的】基于有限理性理论视角提出科技期刊论文发表不当署名影响因素理论框架,为科研诚信与学术规范建设提供参考。【方法】通过问卷调查并借助数据统计对科技期刊论文不当署名的现实表现、成因、影响因素等进行研究。【结果】验证基于有限理性理论视角的科技期刊论文不当署名影响因素模型,结果表明:学术素养和学术环境作为约束条件对不当署名行为具有显著影响。【结论】国内科研诚信和学术规范建设需继续完善,建议除加强学术道德教育、改革科研评价制度、厘清学术期刊责任外,重视科技期刊发表论文署名规范的精细化和流程化,探索科技期刊应对不当署名行为的“供给侧”改革,厘清科技期刊编辑对不当署名行为的应对策略。[Purposes]From the perspective of bounded rationality theory,this paper puts forward a theoretical framework for the influencing factors of improper authorship in scientific journal papers,so as to provide references for the construction of scientific research integrity and academic norms.[Methods]Through questionnaire surveys and data statistics,the actual performance,causes,and influencing factors of improper authorship in scientific journals were studied.[Findings]The model of influencing factors of improper authorship in scientific journals from the perspective of bounded rationality theory is verified,and the results show that academic literacy and academic environment as constraints have a significant impact on improper authorship behavior.[Conclusions]To enhance research integrity and academic norms in China,it is suggested that in addition to strengthening academic ethics education,reforming the scientific research evaluation systems,and clarifying the responsibilities of academic journals,it is necessary to pay attention to the refinement and standardization of authorship guidelines in scientific journal publications,explore"supply-side"reforms by academic journals to address improper authorship behavior,and clarify the strategies of journal editors in dealing with such behavior.
