摘　　要：地球生命共同体是习近平总书记提出的全新概念,是指导中国式现代化建设的重要理论来源。要使地球生命共同体理念成为指导我国环境立法、实现生态文明的科学依据,需要深刻理解地球生命共同体理念的内涵与逻辑构造。地球生命共同体理念贯穿了自然生命共同体、人与自然生命共同体和人类命运共同体理念,其逻辑起点是以人为本,而非以生态、资本为本,其逻辑要义是以新发展观、新生产力观、新文明观组成的经济发展和生态保护辩证统一,其逻辑指向是坚持环境正义的人类命运共生发展。地球生命共同体理念将自然—人类—社会三者进行有机统一,坚持人类的根本利益,从地球整体视角统筹人类的生存与发展,重视人与自然的和谐关系,重塑发展和环保的联系,追求人与人之间的环境正义,以建设清洁美丽的世界。The concept of A Community of All Life on Earth constitutes a novel theory introduced by President Xi Jinping,functioning as a salient theoretical framework for guiding China’s singular pathway to modernization.Nevertheless,discordances in scholarly comprehension of this notion’s core connotation engender discords in apprehending its theoretical composition,axiological concerns,practical significance and additional attributes.To construct this as a scientific basis for steering China’s environmental legislation and materializing ecological civilization,profound appreciation of its meaning and logical architecture is imperative.The concept is composed of a community of natural life,a community of life for man and nature and a human community with a shared future.A community of natural life constitutes the foundation for building a community of all life on Earth.A community of life for man and nature forms the core of constructing a community of all life on Earth.And,a human community with a shared future represents the objective of establishing a community of all life on Earth.Its starting point is a people⁃oriented approach,rather than the eco⁃logical and capital oriented one,and its logical essence is the new development concept.The dialectical unity of economic development and ecological protection,composed of the new concept of productive forces and the new concept of civilization,logically points to the symbiotic development of human destiny that ad⁃heres to environmental justice.The concept constitutes a complete and rigorous logical system,organically unifying nature,humans and society.This emphasizes anthropocentricity,upholding humanity’s dominant position,acknowledging the fundamental impact of ecological environments on human development,and confronting the dialectical relationship between economic development and environmental protection.With harmonious human⁃nature relation⁃ship and objectives of interpersonal equality,it proposes and constructs environmental ethics around China's mo
