摘  要:目的探讨新风联合微负压系统在改善消化内镜中心清洗消毒间空气质量中的作用。方法选取某院消化内镜中心清洗消毒间环境为研究对象,观察组开启新风微负压系统,对照组关闭新风微负压系统,采用自然通风;比较两组不同通风方式对清洗消毒间空气质量的净化作用及员工满意度。结果开启新风微负压系统时不同点位及不同时段的空气颗粒物及细菌含量明显低于关闭新风微负压系统仅采用自然通风时(P<0.05);工作人员在开启新风微负压系统后身体不适感改善,对工作环境的满意度显著提升(P<0.05)。结论新风微负压系统可显著改善消化内镜中心清洗消毒间空气质量,保障清洗消毒人员的安全,值得借鉴和推广。Objective To explore the role of fresh air combined with micro-negative pressure system in improving the air quality in the cleaning and disinfection room of digestive endoscopy center.Methods The environment of the cleaning and disinfection room of digestive endoscopy center in our hospital was selected as the research object.The fresh air micronegative pressure system was turned on in the observation group,while the fresh air micro-negative pressure system was turned off and natural ventilation was used in the control group.The purification effect and satisfaction of different ventilation methods on air quality in the cleaning and disinfection rooms were compared between the two groups.Results When the fresh air micro-negative pressure system was turned on,the contents of particulate matter and bacteria in the air at different points and at different times were significantly lower than when the fresh air micro-negative pressure system was turned off and natural ventilation was used(P<0.05);after turning on the fresh air micro-negative pressure system,the staff's physical discomfort was improved and the satisfaction with the working environment was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The fresh air micro-negative pressure system can significantly improve the air quality in the cleaning and disinfection room of digestive endoscopy center and ensure the safety of cleaning and disinfection personnel.It is worthy of learning and promotion.
