摘  要:在采用深孔爆破回采时,爆破参数一般由炮孔直径推导的经验值确定,存在爆破质量偏低的问题。笔者进行了爆破漏斗试验,由单孔爆破漏斗试验得到装药质量为300 g的药包的最佳埋深为0.65 m,最佳漏斗半径为0.63 m;由变孔距多孔同段爆破试验得出最佳孔间距为0.9~1.0 m,最佳孔间距与最佳漏斗半径的比为1.43~1.59;由斜面台阶爆破试验初步得到最佳的最小抵抗线为0.41 m。基于爆破相似定律,计算得到直径65 mm深孔的最佳孔间距为1.7 m;考虑到斜面台阶爆破试验结果不理想,采用扇形布孔的孔底密集系数经验值(1.0~1.3)计算后,推荐深孔爆破排距为1.3 m。Deep-hole blasting is used in the mining of hard rock uranium ore in Mianhuakeng mine,the blasting parameters are derived from the experience value of the diameter of the blasting hole,which has the problem of low blasting quality.The optimum depth and radius of 300 g charge are 0.65 m and 0.63 m respectively from the single hole blasting crater test,the optimum distance between holes is 0.9~1.0 m and its ratio to the optimum crater radius is 1.43~1.59 from the multi-hole blasting test with variable hole spacing,the optimum minimum resistance line from the slope step blasting is 0.41 m.Based on the blasting similarity law,the optimum hole spacing of 65 mm deep hole is calculated to be 1.7 m.Considering that the test results of slope step blasting are not ideal,the empirical value of hole bottom density coefficient of fan-shaped hole layout is 1.0~1.3,and the row spacing of deep-hole blasting is recommended to be 1.3 m after calculation.
