摘　　要：退役治理经费管理办法实施以来,有效规范了退役治理项目经费的管理。通过对退役治理相关经费科目测算的分析,发现存在废物运输与处置项目经费暂无适用规定、人工费科目重复且口径不一致、相关经费科目费率偏离实际水平、未考虑提前实施项目自筹资金资金成本等问题。对存在的问题,给出了相关修订建议。Since the implementation of the management regulations of funds for the decommissioning of nuclear facilities and the treatment of radioactive waste,the management of project funds has been effectively standardized.Through the analysis of the calculation of related expenses for the decommissioning of nuclear facilities and the treatment of radioactive waste projects,it has been found that there are certain issues that need to be addressed,such as the lack of applicable regulations for the transport and disposal of waste,inconsistencies in the calculation of labor costs,discrepancies in related expense rates,and the absence of consideration for the cost of self-raised funds for projects that are implemented ahead of schedule.Recommendations for revisions have been provided for these issues.
