摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观作为构筑社会主流意识形态的价值意蕴,从国家、社会、个人三个不同维度夯实中国特色社会主义的价值旨趣。随着社会转型和改革的深入,传统集体主义价值认同降低,导致思想的“缺钙”。新集体主义作为当代时代诉求的价值表达,是社会主义核心价值观的历史确证和诠释,是凝聚中国文化软实力的思想基础。The socialist core values,as the value implications of constructing the mainstream ideology of society,solidify the value essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics from three different dimensions:the state,society,and individuals.With the deepening of social transformation and reform,the traditional collectivist value identity has decreased,leading to a“calcium deficiency”in thinking.New collectivism,as a value expression of contemporary demands,is the historical confirmation and interpretation of the core socialist values,and the ideological foundation for consolidating the soft power of Chinese culture.
