摘　　要：全面加强党的思想建设是深入推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程的重要环节。在目标指向上,新时代党的思想建设包括铸魂、增智、正风、促干四个主要方面。铸魂是新时代党的思想建设的信仰目标,包括坚定理想信念、铸牢对党忠诚、站稳人民立场。增智是新时代党的思想建设的能力目标,包括提升政治能力、提升思维能力、提升实践能力。正风是新时代党的思想建设的作风目标,包括大兴务实之风、弘扬清廉之风、养成俭朴之风。促干是新时代党的思想建设的实践目标,包括鼓足干事创业的精气神、树牢造福人民的政绩观、形成狠抓落实的好局面。对新时代党的思想建设目标进行梳理和剖析,能够更加精准地明晰和把握新时代党的思想建设的逻辑主线,更好地发挥党的思想建设的基础性作用,推动新时代党的建设新的伟大工程纵深发展、行稳致远。Comprehensively strengthening the ideological construction of CPC is an important task for deepening the new great project of construction of CPC in the New Era.In terms of goals orientation,the ideological construction of CPC in the New Era includes four main aspects:casting soul,increasing intelligence,uprighting atmosphere and promoting practice.Casting soul is the belief goal of the ideological construction of CPC in the New Era,including firming the ideal and belief,consolidating the loyalty to the Party,and keeping the stance of people.Increasing intelligence is the ability goal of the ideological construction of CPC in the new era,including enhancing political ability,thinking ability,and practical ability.Uprighting atmosphere is the style goal of the ideological construction of CPC in the New Era,including promoting a pragmatic style,expanding a clean and honest style,and cultivating a frugal and simple style.Promoting practice is the practical goal of the ideological construction of CPC in the New Era,including mobilizing the spirit of work and entrepreneurship,establishing a political performance concept that benefits people,and forming a good situation of strict implementation.Sorting and analyzing the goals can more accurately clarify and grasp the logical main line of the ideological construction of CPC in the New Era,and better playing the fundamental role of the ideological construction of CPC,and promoting the deep development and stable progress of the new great project of construction of CPC in the New Era.
