摘  要:【目的】揭示隔热窗膜近几十年的发展态势,研究隔热机理及工艺路线的演变。【方法】依托专利和期刊检索工具,对最早的多层复合隔热膜、磁控溅射/蒸发镀膜的无机隔热膜、原色膜/染色膜、涂布的隔热透明涂料,后期的智能窗膜进行系统全面的检索和多维度的分析研究。【结果】以上技术解决了汽车和建筑用隔热窗膜领域长久以来的隔热、环保、防晒等问题。【结论】国内隔热窗膜的相关企业应当加强专利布局,在隔热窗膜领域、待开拓的市场地域进行有针对性的专利布局,进行海外专利风险研判。[Purposes]This paper aims to reveal the development trend of thermal insulation window membranes in recent decades,research on thermal insulation mechanisms,and evolution of process routes.[Methods]Based on patent and periodical retrieval tools,systematic and comprehensive retrieval and multi-dimensional analysis and research were carried out from the earliest multi-layer composite thermal insulation film,inorganic thermal insulation film of Magnetron sputtering/evaporation coating,primary color film/dye film,thermal insulation transparent coating,to the later research of intelligent window film,all of which have solved some technical problems of heat insulation,environmental protection,sun protection,etc.for the field of thermal insulation window film for automobiles and buildings for a long time.[Findings]The above technologies have solved some of the long-standing problems in the field of thermal insulation window films for automobiles and buildings,such as insulation,environmental protection,and sun protection.[Conclusions]Domestic enterprises related to thermal insulation window membranes should strengthen their patent layout,conduct targeted and strategic patent layouts in the field of thermal insulation window membranes and the undeveloped market regions,and conduct overseas patent risk assessment.
