摘　　要：目的探索腹腔镜日间手术模式治疗单纯性肾囊肿的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2020年12月在苏州大学附属第二医院行腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶手术患者的临床资料382例,其中日间手术组174例,常规手术组208例。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中术后并发症发生率、住院时间、住院费用。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、术中术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但两组患者的住院时间、住院费用差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后随访3个月,无复发者,无肾萎缩、肾实质性损害的发生。结论腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶日间手术治疗单纯性肾囊肿与常规住院手术相比,安全性好,疗效相当,且显著减少了住院时间及住院总费用,值得推广.Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic day surgery for simple renal cyst.Methods Clinical data of 382 patients undergoing laparoscopic renal cyst removal in the Second Hospital Afiliated to Suzhou University from January 2017 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,including 174 patients in the day surgery group and 208 patients in the conventional surgery group.The duration of operation,incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications,length of stay and hospitalization cost of patients in the two groups were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative and postoperative complication rate(P>0.05)in two groups.However,there were significant differences in hospitalization duration and hospitalization cost between the two groups(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,there was no recurrence,no renal atrophy and no renal substantial damage.Conclusions Compared with conventional inpatient surgery,laparoscopic renal cyst decapitating day surgery for simple renal cyst has good safety and similar eficacy,and can significantly reduce the length of stay and total hospitalization cost,which is worthy of promotion.
