摘  要:本文以某钢厂120t顶底复吹转炉为原型,建立顶吹-底吹-碳氧反应三者熔池搅拌的气液两相流模型,用Ansys-fluent17.2软件进行数值模拟求解,验证水模拟结果准的确性,同时探究不同CO气量强度与底吹强度对熔池流体形态和流场影响,进而给出优化方案。This article takes the 120 t top and bottom combined blowing converter of a certain steel plant as a prototype,establishes a gas-liquid two-phase flow model of top blowing,bottom blowing,and carbon oxygen reaction in the molten pool stirring,and uses Ansys fluent17.2 software for numerical simulation solution to verify the accuracy of water simulation results.At the same time,it explores the influence of different CO gas volume intensity and bottom blowing intensity on the fluid morphology and flow field of the molten pool,and provides an optimization plan.
