摘  要:以黑龙江某硅藻土酸浸液为原料,采用氧化-水解-聚合法制备聚合硫酸铝铁絮凝剂,并以4g·L^(-1)的高岭土悬浮液为模拟废水,考察聚合硫酸铝铁的絮凝性能。结果表明:在双氧水用量为0.01V,pH值为2.5,聚合温度为65℃,聚合时间为2.5h,转速为150r·min^(-1),熟化时间为24h的条件下,可获得13.75g/50mL的淡黄色聚合硫酸铝铁固体;模拟废水对照组在5min内透过率的提高速率达12.8%·min^(-1),30min内沉降97mm,空白组没有明显变化,聚合硫酸铝铁表现出明显的絮凝性能,为硅藻土酸浸液的清洁利用提供了可行性技术方案。Poly aluminum ferric sulfate flocculant was prepared by oxidation-hydrolysis-polymerization method using acid leachate of the diatomite in Heilongjiang as raw material,and the flocculation performance of poly aluminum ferric sulfate was investigated using 4 g·L^(-1)kaolin suspension as simulated wastewater.The results showed that under the conditions of hydrogen peroxide dosage of 0.01V,pH value of 2.5,polymerization temperature of 65℃,polymerization time of 2.5 h,rotational speed of 150 r·min^(-1),and ripening time of 24 h,13.75 g/50 mL of light yellow poly aluminum ferric sulfate solids could be obtained;the simulated wastewater control group had a transmittance rate of 12.8%·min^(-1)in 5 min,a sedimentation height of 97 mm in 30 min,and there was no obvious change in the blank group,the poly aluminum ferric sulfate showed obvious flocculation performance,which provided a feasible technical solution for the clean utilization of diatomite acid leachate.
