摘 要:生活垃圾渗滤液及膜处理浓缩液具有有机污染物浓度高、重金属污染复杂等特点,其处理技术工艺也在快速发展。本文对比分析了蒸发工艺的优势,并基于开发的低温蒸发系统,探究了对不同类型渗滤液废水的处理效果,结果表明:渗滤液类型与温度,对于出水水质有很大影响;对于渗滤液浓缩液,低温蒸发出水COD浓度<30mg/L,TN<11mg/L,TP<0.8mg/L,NH_(3)-N<11mg/L,满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)表2排放标准。Municipal solid waste(MSW)leachate and its membrane concentrate have the characteristics of high concentration of organic pollutants and complex heavy metal pollution,and their treatment technologies and processes are also rapidly developing.The advantages of evaporation processes was analyzed in this study.Additionally,the treatment effects of different types of leachate wastewater based on the developed low-temperature evaporation system was also investigated.Results showed that the type and temperature of leachate had a significant impact on the water quality of the effluent.For the concentrated leachate,the concentration of COD,TN,TP and NH_(3)-N was less than 30 mg/L,11 mg/L,0.8 mg/L and 11 mg/L respectively in the effluent,meeting the emission standards in Table 2 of the"Pollution Control Standard for Domestic Garbage Landfill"(GB 16889—2008).
