摘 要:研究基于Aspen Plus软件模拟活化PZ-MDEA溶液对CO_(2)的吸收过程,建立了船舶主机排烟的碳捕集工艺流程模型。通过灵敏度分析、优化MDEA浓度、吸收塔温度及解析塔底温度等关键工艺指标后,在胺溶液浓度为45%、吸收温度45℃,解析温度127℃下进行试验发现,优化的模型运行参数与实际发动机烟气碳捕集实验结果高度契合,CO_(2)的捕集效率达到85%,解析能耗可以达到3.0GJ/tCO_(2)以内。船载碳捕集系统流程的模拟研究提高了工艺开发效率,节约了实验成本,为碳捕集系统装船应用提供了保障。Based on Aspen Plus software,a carbon capture process model for ship main engine flue gas was established by simulating the absorption process of CO_(2)by activated PZ-MDEA solution.After sensitivity analysis and optimizing key process indicators such as MDEA concentration,absorption tower temperature,and low temperature of the analytical tower through sensitivity analysis.Experiments were conducted at an amine solution concentration of 45%,absorption temperature of 45℃,and analytical temperature of 127℃.It was found that the optimized model operating parameters were highly consistent with the actual engine flue gas carbon capture experimental results,with a CO_(2)capture efficiency of 85%and analytical energy consumption of up to 3.0 GJ/tCO_(2).The research on the process of onboard carbon capture system has improved the efficiency of process development,saved experimental costs and provided a guarantee for the application of carbon capture system on board ships.
