摘 要:为了解决采油污水中硫离子过高可能产生腐蚀的问题,以达到控制污水中硫离子含量的目的。本文采用浸渍法将Fe、Cu、Ni、Ce、Mn负载到活性炭上作催化剂催化空气氧化污水中的硫离子,SEM、Mappin、EDS观察其微观结构和元素分布。并进行中试实验观察其催化效率。经过测试发现,该材料截面呈圆形,各种元素分布均匀,其中C、O含量最高,这主要是由于材料以活性炭为载体并在制备过程中产生了金属氧化物。经过中试实验发现,该催化剂可以提高氧化效率,最终将硫离子浓度控制在2mg/L以下,并且该催化剂可以利用水中的溶解氧无需进行外部曝气。说明该催化剂可以长期稳定氧化去除硫离子,并能降低采油污水中的氧气,使其适于回用。In order to solve the problem of corrosion caused by excessive sulfur ions in oil production wastewater,high-efficiency catalytic materials are used to catalyze the oxidation of sulfur ions in wastewater by air to achieve the purpose of controlling the content of sulfur ions in wastewater.In this paper,Fe,Cu,Ni,Ce and Mn were loaded on activated carbon by impregnation method as catalysts to catalyze the oxidation of sulfur ions in sewage by air.The microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),the element distribution was observed by Mapping,and the element content was observed by EDS.A pilot experiment was carried out to observe its catalytic efficiency.It is found that the cross section of the material is round,and the distribution of various elements is uniform,among which the content of C and O is the highest.This is mainly due to the fact that the material uses activated carbon as the carrier and produces metal oxides during the preparation process.Through pilot-scale experiments,it was found that the catalyst can improve the oxidation efficiency,and finally control the sulfur ion concentration below 2 mg/L,and the catalyst can use the dissolved oxygen in the water without external aeration,which greatly saves the cost of use.At the same time,the corresponding removal equipment is used in the pilot experiment,and the equipment is optimized to make the equipment simple,easy to operate,economical and efficient.It can remove sulfur ions stably for a long time,and reduce the oxygen in the oil production wastewater,making it suitable for reuse.
