摘  要:为解决渝东北山区某涵洞深厚软基段差异沉降问题,基于涵洞开裂成因分析及基底工程地质特点,比选各类加固处治方案,提出洞内底板小直径引孔+高压旋喷桩的加固技术,并对加固处治路段进行了长期变形监测。结果表明:1)涵洞基底下覆厚度不均的淤泥质粘土层致使基础产生较大不均匀沉降;2)采用洞内底板小直径引孔+高压旋喷桩的处治措施,具有在狭小空间实施性强、对底板破坏小、施工工期短的优点;3)结合承载力、理论变形计算及现场沉降监测验证,采用本方案能有效控制涵洞基底沉降。该处治技术可供今后山区公路深厚软基涵洞设计、新建施工和处治加固参考。In order to solve the problem of differential settlement of deep soft foundation section of a culvert in the mountainous area of northeast Chongqing,different types of reinforcement measures are compared,based on the cause ananlysis of culvert crack and the engineering geological characteristics.The reinforcement technology of small diameter pilot hole + high pressure jet grouting pile is put forward,and then the feasibility of the scheme is verified by deformation monitoring.The results show that:1) Uneven settlement of the foundation was caused by the unevenly distributed muddy clay;2) The reinforcement technology of small diameter pilot hole + high-pressure rotating pile has the advantages of strong implementation and small damage to the bottom plate;3) Combing the bearing capacity,theoretical deformation calculation and settlement monitoring verification,this method can control the settlement of culvert foundation.It can provide technical reference for the design,construction and reinforcement of deep soft foundation culverts of mountainous highway in the future.
