摘 要:为提升沥青混合料的使用性能及耐久性,对基质沥青掺加聚氨酯进行改性,在对聚氨酯改性沥青制备工艺优化基础上,分析了聚氨酯掺量对改性沥青性能的影响,并对聚氨酯改性沥青的老化性能进行研究。结果表明:1)当制备温度为120℃、剪切速率为2 400 rmp、反应时间为1.0 h、存储时间为1.0 h时,聚氨酯改性沥青性能较优;2)随着聚氨酯掺量的增加,聚氨酯改性沥青的针入度呈先降后增趋势,而软化点和延度则呈先增后降趋势;3)相对于基质沥青,聚氨酯改性沥青老化后的3大指标变化幅度较小。该结果可为聚氨酯改性沥青及其混合料在路面工程中的应用提供参考。In order to improve the performance and durability of asphalt mixtures,this article modifies the matrix asphalt.Based on the optimization of the preparation process of polyurethane modified asphalt,the influence of polyurethane content on the performance of modified asphalt is analyzed,and the aging performance of polyurethane modified asphalt is studied.The results showed that:1) When the preparation temperature was 120 ℃,the shear rate was 2 400 rmp,the reaction time was 1.0 h,and the storage time was 1.0 h,the performance of polyurethane modified asphalt was better;2) With the increase of polyurethane content,the penetration of polyurethane modified asphalt shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,while the softening point and ductility show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;3) Compared to the matrix asphalt,the changes in the three major indicators of polyurethane modified asphalt after aging are relatively small.These results can provide reference for the application of polyurethane modified asphalt and its mixtures in pavement engineering.
