摘 要:为探究灌浆材料类型对半柔性路面(SFP)材料路用性能影响,基于普通型、超早强型和抗裂型灌浆材料,通过灌注率、马歇尔稳定度试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验及冻融劈裂试验,分析了灌浆材料类型对SFP路用性能的影响。结果表明:1)超早强型和抗裂型灌浆材料可提高灌注率;2)灌注同种灌浆材料,随龄期增长,SFP刚度上升,高温稳定性能增加;3)灌注抗裂型灌浆材料更有利于提高SFP后期低温抗裂性能;4)抗裂型灌浆材料可提升SFP材料水稳定性能,普通型灌浆材料适用于暖热多雨气候区,超早强型灌浆材料适用于昼夜温差大的气候区。In order to investigate the impact of grouting material types on the road performance of semi flexible pavement materials,the influence of grouting material types on the road performance of SFP was analyzed through grouting rate,Marshall stability test,rutting test,low-temperature bending test,immersion Marshall test,and freeze-thaw splitting test,based on ordinary,ultra early strength,and crack resistant grouting materials.1) The results indicate that ultra early strength and crack resistant grouting materials can improve the grouting rate;2) As injecting the same grouting material,the stiffness of SFP increases with age,and the high-temperature stability performance increases;3) Injecting crack resistant grouting materials is more conducive to improving the low-temperature crack resistance performance of SFP in the later stage;4) Crack-resistant grouting materials can improve the water stability performance of SFP materials.Ordinary grouting materials are suitable for warm and rainy climates,while ultra early strength grouting materials are suitable for climates with large temperature differences between day and night.
