摘  要:针对M20摩擦型高强螺栓连接最优力学性能问题,进行了多参数多目标的优化设计研究。首先建立并验证了摩擦型高强螺栓连接性能的数值分析方法,然后采用最优拉丁超立方体试验设计方法设计了试验样本,并采用灵敏度分析法确定了影响高强螺栓连接性能的主要设计参数,最后基于MOGA遗传算法计算分析了螺栓性能充分发挥的设计参数取值。研究表明,M20摩擦型高强螺栓抗滑承载力、预紧力、中板应力及摩擦应力4大力学性能主要受盖板厚度、中板厚度、孔径及螺帽直径4个设计参数的影响。MOGA遗传算法多参数多目标计算分析表明,当盖板厚度为9 mm、中板厚度为17 mm、螺栓孔径为26 mm及螺帽直径为38 mm时,M20摩擦型高强螺栓各项力学性能指标最为均衡稳定。研究思路和方法可供进一步细化摩擦型高强螺栓规范的相关规定参考。A multi-parameter and multi-objective optimization design method is conducted for the reason of the optimal mechanical performance of M20 friction type high-strength bolt connections.Firstly,a numerical analysis method for the performance of friction type high-strength bolt connections is established and validated.Then,the optimal Latin hypercube experimental design method is used to design test samples,and the sensitivity analysis method is used to determine the main design parameters that affect the performance of high-strength bolt connections.Finally,the design parameter values for fully utilizing bolt performance are calculated and analyzed based on the MOGA genetic algorithm.Research has shown that the anti slip bearing capacity,pretightening force,middle plate stress,and friction stress of friction type high-strength bolts are mainly influenced by four design parameters:cover plate thickness,middle plate thickness,hole diameter and nut diameter.Multi-parameter and multi-objective calculation analysis of the MOGA genetic algorithm shows that when the thickness of the cover plate is 9 mm,the thickness of the middle plate is 17 mm,the bolt aperture is 26 mm,and the nut diameter is 38 mm,the mechanical performance indicators of the M20 friction type high-strength bolt are the most balanced problem.The research ideas and methods can provide reference for further refining the relevant regulations of the friction type high-strength bolt specification.
