摘  要:为提高斜拉索索力监测的效率及精度,研发了一种基于前端处理的拉索智能监测系统。该系统具有索力监测、振动监测及异常报警的功能,采用唤醒模式供电方式,大幅降低了传感器及CPU的耗电量;采用6LoWPAN技术,实现了监测数据低功耗、小成本的无线传输;采用可编程测MEMS加速度传感器对拉索的振动时域和频域特征值进行前端处理,仅将经过分析后少量有价值的数据传输至健康监测系统,大幅减低了健康监测系统的数据传输量;采用大动态弱信号数据采集方法,提高信号测量分辨率和测量系统峰值信噪比,有效识别微弱振动信号中的有效频率成分,提高了索力测量的精确度。实验室及实桥测试表明,该拉索智能监测系统显著提高了斜拉索监测的效率及精度,具有较强的实用性。In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of cable force monitoring,a cable intelligent monitoring system based on front-end processing is developed.The system has the functions of cable force monitoring,vibration monitoring and abnormal alarm.The power supply mode in wake-up mode is adopted to greatly reduce the power consumption of the sensor and CPU.The 6LoWPAN technology is used to realize the wireless transmission of monitoring data with low power consumption and low cost.The programmable MEMS acceleration sensor is used to front-end process the characteristic values of cable vibration in time domain and frequency domain,only a small amount of valuable data after analysis is transmitted to the health monitoring system,which greatly reduces the data transmission volume of the health monitoring system.The large dynamic weak signal data acquisition method is adopted to improve the signal measurement resolution and the peak signal-to-noise ratio of the measurement system,effectively identify the effective frequency components in the weak vibration signal,and improve the accuracy of cable force measurement.Laboratory and real bridge tests show that the cable intelligent monitoring system significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of cable monitoring,and has strong practicability.
