摘 要:为了研究花瓶墩的空间受力特性,依托某大跨现浇连续桥梁,对其下部花瓶墩建立了线性实体有限元模型,分析了花瓶墩横向力在不同应力途径下的分布规律。同时,对花瓶墩横向配筋设计和裂缝分布进行了研究,基于材料非线性建立了钢筋混凝土开裂模型,横向配筋由线性实体模型中计算的拉杆力得出,非线性模型计算结果表明配筋能够满足规范要求,采用规范拉压杆模型配筋时过于保守,因此建议对空间异型花瓶墩采用有限元法计算配筋。花瓶墩裂缝分布主要集中在墩顶中间混凝土开槽位置处,建议对该部分增设构造钢筋,研究结果可供相关工程参考。In order to study the spatial stress characteristics of the vase pier,a linear solid finite element model is established for the lower vase piers of a long-span cast-in-place continuous beam.The distribution law of the transverse force of the vase pier under different stress paths is analyzed.At the same time,the transverse reinforcement design and the crack distribution of vase pier are studied.A reinforced concrete cracking model is established based on the material nonlinearity.The transverse reinforcement is obtained from the pull rod force calculated in the linear solid model.The calculation results of the nonlinear model show that the reinforcement can meet the requirements of the specification,and it is too conservative when the standard strut-and-tie model is used for reinforcement.Therefore,it is recommended to use the finite element method to calculate the reinforcement of spatial special-shaped vase pier.The crack distribution of vase pier is mainly centralized at the concrete sloting position in the middle of pier top.It is recommended to add the structural steel bar at this part.The study results can be referred for the relevant projects.
