摘　　要：《上海市排水与污水处理条例》中提到排水管道雨水口应当具备垃圾拦截功能,在满足防汛要求的前提下,需加装过滤装置。为贯彻落实上述条例的要求,提升上海市水环境质量,在试验研究和总结相关项目建设经验的基础上,编制完成了《上海市雨水口截污过滤装置技术规程》(DB 31 SW/Z015-2021),并于2021年10月20日起正式实施。通过解读该规程的设计要求、安装验收要求和运行维护要求等主要技术内容,可了解适用于上海市各类雨水口截污过滤装置实施的全过程,有助于此规程的推广应用。The rainwater inlet of drainage pipe mentioned in Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Drainage and Sewage Treatment should have the function of waste interception.The filter device should be installed on the premise of meeting the requirements of flood prevention.In order to implement the requirements of the above regulations and to improve the water environmental quality of Shanghai,the Technical Regulations for Waste Intercepting Filter Device at Rainwater Inlet in Shanghai(DB31SW/Z015-2021)has been prepared and completed on the basis of experimental research and summary of relevant project construction experience,which was officially implemented on October 20,2021.The interpretation of design requirements,installation and acceptance requirements,operation and maintenance requirements and the other main technical contents can understand the whole process of implementing the waste intercepting filter device at various rainwater inlets in Shanghai,which is helpful for the popularization and application of the regulations.
