摘 要:珠海隧道东岸工作井及挂锭角西侧明挖段基坑场地内上部主要为淤泥层,下部主要为中风化和微风化花岗岩层,基岩强度高,且岩层起伏较大。基坑支护采用地下连续墙,但在其施工过程中成槽难度大。为保证地下连续墙施工进度和成槽质量,采取不同机械设备组合进行比选,最后选择了适合软土-花岗岩地层中地下连续墙成槽的“旋挖钻+双轮铣”机械组合。实践结果表明,所选用的成槽施工工艺能有效提高地下连续墙施工工效和成槽质量。In the fields of the working shaft at the east bank of Zhuhai Tunnel and the foundation pit of the excavated section at the west side of the Guadingjiao Mountain,the upper part is mainly silt layer,and the lower part is mainly moderately weathered and slightly weathered granite layer.The bedrock has high strength and large fluctuation of rock stratum.The diaphragm wall is used for supporting the foundation pit.But it is difficult to form groove in its construction process.In order to ensure the construction progress and grooving quality of diaphragm wall,the different mechanical equipment combinations are adopted for the comparison.Finally,the mechanical combination of"rotary excavating drll+double-wheel mill"is selected suitable for grooving diaphragm wall in soft soil-granite stratum.The practice results show that the selected grooving construction technology can effectively improve the construction efficiency and grooving quality of diaphragm wall.
