摘 要:复杂环境下建造大深度顶管井时,为减小对环境的影响,传统的沉井工艺很少采用,而是采用SMW工法井、灌注桩井、地连墙等工艺。基坑井对环境影响虽小,但施工机械较大,进场条件要求高,工期长,对工地周边居民影响较大。为同时减小顶管井对环境的扰动及缩短对周边居民的影响时间,创新性地提出了压入式微扰动薄壁钢沉井,将大直径钢管作为顶管接收井,替代传统深基坑开挖回筑工艺,缩短工期,减小占地,施工过程对顶管井周边桥梁、道路、房屋进行监测,整个施工过程对周边环境影响极小,可作为钢沉井在顶管工程中应用的参考。When building the large-depth pipe-jacking well in complex environments,in order to reduce the impact on the environment,the traditional open caisson process is rarely used,but SMW construction well,cast-in-place pile well,underground diaphragm wall and other processes are used.Although the environmental impact of the foundation pit well is small on the environment,the construction machinery is large,the conditions into site are demanding,the construction period is long,and the impact on the residents around the construction site is greater.In order to reduce the disturbance of the pipe-jacking well to the environment and shorten the impact time on the surrounding residents,the press-in micro-disturbance thin-wall steel open caisson is innovatively proposed.The large-diameter steel pipe is used as the pipe-jacking receiving well to replace the traditional deep foundation pit excavation and rebuilding process,which shortens the construction period and reduces the land occupation.The bridges,roads and houses around the pipe-jacking well are monitored during the construction process.The whole construction process has the minimal impact on the surrounding environment,which can be used as a reference for the application of steel open caisson in pipe jacking projects.
