摘 要:通过对比4种类型的发泡剂在不同稀释比下的泡沫性能,优选稀释倍数30的高分子植物蛋白剂为发泡母液,分别掺入适量的十二烷基硫酸钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、三聚磷酸纳进行复配改性,对发泡性能进行研究分析。得出掺量为0.6%的三聚磷酸纳改性发泡母液制备的泡沫表面细腻光泽、稳定性较好、流动性较高,发泡倍数55.31,沉降距7.6 mm,泌水量11.6 mL、48 h后泡沫混凝土料浆沉陷距1.2 mm。By comparing the foaming properties of four types of foaming agents under the different dilution ratios,the polymer plant protein agent with dilution ratio of 30 is optimized as the mother foaming solution.The sodium dodecyl sulfate,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and sodium tripolyphosphate are moderately added respectively to carry out the compound modification for the study and analysis of the foaming properties.The results show that the foam prepared with 0.6%sodium tripolyphosphonic modified foaming mother liquor has the fine and glossy surface,good stability and high fluidity.The foaming ratio is 55.31,the settlement distance is 7.6 mm,the water secretion is 11.6 ml,and the subsidence distance of foamed concrete slurry is 1.2 mm after 48 h.
