摘 要:填埋处置是目前危险废物最终处置一个重要组成部分,根据《危险废物填埋污染控制标准》(GB18598—2019)提出的新要求,各地刚性填埋场在填埋单元尺寸选型、荷载取值和结构计算方面有较大差异。以盐城某项目为例,综合现场实验结果分析填埋单元侧壁实际受力情况,建立荷载分析模型。利用Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional结构分析软件建立刚性填埋场的简化结构模型,分析在不同工况条件下各构件的弯矩分布情况,提出计算时应考虑的工况组合和注意要点。最终根据刚性填埋场单元格面积和体积要求建立平面尺寸与单方库容造价间的关系,提出经济最优的单元格平面尺寸。Landill disposal is an important part of the final disposal of hazardous wastes at present.Based on the new requirements proposed in Standard for Pollution Control in Hazardous Waste Landfill(GB 18598-2019),there are the great differences in the size selection,load value and structural calculation of landfill units in different rigid landflls.Taking a project in Yancheng as an example,the actual stress on the side wall of the landfill unit is analyzed by synthesizing the field experiment results to establish a load analysis model.The simplified structural model of the rigid landfill is established by using the structural analysis software of Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional to analyze the bending moment distribution of each component under the different working conditions.The working condition combination and points for attention during the calculation are put forward.Finally,the relationship between the plane size and the cost per cubic meter of storage capacity is built according to the cell area and volume requirements of the rigid landfill,and the economically optimal cell plane size is proposed.
