辽宁省柴河水库旱警水位确定研究

摘　　要：旱警水位是确定干旱预警等级的重要指标,是判别干旱和启动抗旱应急响应级别的重要依据。选取辽宁省柴河水库为研究对象,综合考虑水库调度情况以及水库来供水情况,计算柴河水库旱警水位(流量),以期为辽宁抗旱相关工作提供参考。Drought warning water level is an important index to determine the level of drought warning,and an important basis for identifying drought and starting the level of emergency response to drought.In order to provide reference for the drought-fighting work in Liaoning province,the drought warning water level(discharge)of the Chaihe Reservoir was calculated by considering the operation and water supply of the reservoir comprehensively.
