摘  要:通过研究钒氧化物高温碳热还原和渗氮过程对产品质量影响的变化规律,综合优化高氮型钒基多元合金生产技术。通过扩大化试验,重点研究了反应时间、气体影响因素、温度控制等对产品N/V、产品球团粘连及形态形貌的影响,确定最佳钒基多元合金制备工艺参数。By studying the changes in the influence of high-temperature carbothermal reduction and nitriding processes of vanadium oxides on product quality,the production technology of high nitrogen vanadium based multi-element alloys is comprehensively optimized.The effects of reaction time,gas influencing factors,temperature control,and other factors on product N/V,product pellet adhesion,and morphology were studied through expanded experiments to determine the optimal process parameters for the preparation of vanadium based multicomponent alloys.
