摘　　要：目的:对糖尿病病人病耻感的影响因素进行系统评价。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Database)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、the Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、CINAHL等中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年2月28日。由2名研究人员独立完成文献的筛选、数据提取和质量评价。采用RevMan 5.4软件对所纳入的研究进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入15篇文献,总样本量为4038例;Meta分析结果显示,性别[SMD=0.36,95%CI(0.25,0.47)]、年龄[SMD=0.55,95%CI(0.18,0.91)]、家庭月收入[SMD=0.54,95%CI(0.22,0.86)]、糖尿病类型[SMD=0.65,95%CI(0.42,0.87)]、胰岛素治疗[SMD=0.48,95%CI(0.39,0.58)]、并发症[SMD=0.66,95%CI(0.52,0.79)]、合并慢性病[SMD=0.38,95%CI(0.19,0.57)]是糖尿病病人病耻感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:现有证据显示,性别、年龄、家庭月收入、糖尿病类型、胰岛素治疗、并发症、合并慢性病是糖尿病病人病耻感的主要影响因素;其他因素有待进一步探索验证。Objective:To conduct a systematic review of factors influencing stigma among patients with diabetes.Methods:Literature was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Database,VIP Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),the Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,CINAHL and other.Chinese and English database,the search time limit was from establishing the database to February 28,2023.Two researchers independently completed literature screening,data extraction,and quality assessment.RevMan 5.4 software was used to perform a Meta-analysis of the included studies.Results:A total of 15 studies were included,with a total sample size of 4038 cases.The Meta-analysis results showed that gender(SMD=0.36,95%CI 0.25-0.47),age(SMD=0.55,95%CI 0.18-0.91),monthly household income(SMD=0.54,95%CI 0.22-0.86),type of diabetes(SMD=0.65,95%CI 0.42-0.87),insulin treatment(SMD=0.48,95%CI 0.39-0.58),complications(SMD=0.66,95%CI 0.52-0.79),and combined chronic diseases(SMD=0.38,95%CI 0.19-0.57)are factors influencing the stigma of diabetic patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Existing evidence showed that gender,age,monthly family income,type of diabetes,insulin treatment,complications,and combined chronic diseases are the main factors affecting the stigma of diabetes patients.Other factors need to be further explored and verified.
