摘 要:为研究非能动安全壳热量导出系统(passive containment heat removal system,PCS)启动策略,支撑电厂故障应对策略的制定,本文结合“华龙一号”PCS系统配置,提出了4种系统启动策略并开展详细研究,根据分析结果优选出2种方案进行试验研究。试验结果表明:PCS系统采用双阀开启方案或冷管段隔离阀关闭方案时能够获得较优的启动性能;采用双阀开启方案,系统启动过程较为平稳;采用冷管段隔离阀关闭方案,为避免在启动过程中发生故障,建议系统启动时换热器传热管内液体温度不要超过120℃。试验结果对“华龙一号”PCS系统启动规程的制定具有指导意义。In order to study the system startup strategy of the passive containment heat removal system(PCS),support the power plant to formulate the strategy to deal with failures,by combining the configuration of Hualong pressurized reactor 1000(HPR1000)PCS system,four system startup strategies are proposed and studied in detail,and two schemes are selected for experimental research according to the analysis results.The test results show that when the PCS system adopts a dual-valve opening scheme or a cold pipe isolation valve closing scheme,it can achieve better startup performance.When adopting the dual-valve opening scheme,the system startup process is relatively stable;when adopting the cold pipe section isolation valve closing scheme,it is recommended that the liquid temperature inside the heat transfer tube of heat exchanger should not exceed 120℃during PCS system startup,so as to avoid failure during the startup process.The test results have guiding significance for the formulation of the startup procedure of the HPR1000 PCS system.
