摘 要:高层住宅建筑具有火灾风险隐患多、扑救难度大、人员疏散难、火灾荷载量大等特点。为有效评价高层住宅建筑火灾风险,从防火能力、灭火能力、内部因子、外部救援能力、消防安全管理等方面构建风险评价指标体系,并将传统灰色关联理论与范数概念相结合来确定各指标权重。并以某高层住宅建筑为例进行分析,结果表明:一级指标中,内部因子与防火能力权重占比较大;二级指标中,弱势群体占比、安全意识、自救能力、火电气管理、应急预案及安全通道宽度是主要风险因素,评价结果与实际符合较好。High-rise residential buildings are characterized by many hidden dangers of fire risks,difficulties in firefighting and evacuation,and large fire load.In order to effectively evaluate the fire risk of high-rise buildings,a risk assessment index system was constructed from five perspectives,including fire prevention ability,fire extinguishing ability,internal factors,external rescue capability and fire safety management.The weight of each index was determined by combining the traditional grey correlation theory with the norm concept.Such assessment index system was applied to a high-rise building.The results show that the weight of fire prevention ability and internal factors is relatively large among the first-level indicators.In the second-level index,the proportion of vulnerable groups,safety awareness,self-rescue ability,management of using fire,electricity and gas,contingency plan and safe passage width are the main risk factors.The evaluation results are in line with the actual situation.
