摘 要:通过实验研究了水性涂料配方和钛白粉颜料体积浓度的关系,系统研究了钛白粉消色力、亮度及分散性等性能指标对水性涂料涂膜遮盖力、光泽和耐候性的影响。结果表明:当加入水性涂料的钛白粉颜料性能较高时,对应的水性涂料漆膜的遮盖力较高、光泽度较高,表现为正线性关系;加入的钛白粉颜料性能对水性涂料漆膜的白度和耐候性影响较小。The relationship between the formula of water-based coatings and the volume concentration of titanium dioxide pigments was studied through experiments,and the effects of performance indicators such as titanium dioxide fading power,brightness,and dispersibility on the covering power,gloss,and weather resistance of water-based coatings were systematically studied.The results show that when the performance of titanium dioxide pigment with water-based coating is higher,the corresponding water-based coating film has a higher covering power and glossiness,exhibiting a positive linear relationship.The added titanium dioxide pigment has little effect on the whiteness and weather resistance of water-based paint films.
