摘 要:大型矿井通风网络系统较为复杂,对其进行通风阻力测定及分析较为困难,网络解算能够使得模拟矿井通风系统接近于实际,便于测算和分析。以实际矿井为例,通过通风阻力测定获得其回风段阻力占比超过用风段和进风段,制定扩修巷道断面、巷道串联变并联,风量分流等措施实现通风减阻,并对制定的措施进行网络解算和模拟,实现最佳通风优化方案。The ventilation network system of large-scale mines is relatively complex,making it difficult to measure and analyze ventilation resistance.Network calculation can make the simulated mine ventilation system close to reality,making it easy to calculate and analyze.Taking an actual mine as an example,through the measurement of ventilation resistance,it was found that the proportion of resistance in the return air section exceeded that in the air consumption and inlet sections.Measures such as expanding and repairing tunnel sections,connecting tunnels in series or in parallel,and diverting air flow were developed to achieve ventilation resistance reduction.Network calculations and simulations were conducted on the developed measures to achieve the optimal ventilation optimization plan.
