摘  要:针对某煤矿面对长距离巷道掘进遇上的风量不足,瓦斯和粉尘等排出不达标等问题,设计一种新的安全通风方案,确定新的通风方式,以需风量和通风方式为基础设计设备选用方案和具体的工艺参数。在工作面上进行验证,结果表明:设计的大功率局部通风机+配合柔性风筒供风方案能够满足掘金初始和末尾的整个通风需求。能够将实际漏风率控制在0.6%,同时在4500 m后保持粉末浓度在28 mg/min,电机能够变频控制,有效降低能耗。In response to the problems of insufficient air volume and substandard discharge of gas and dust during long-distance tunnel excavation in a certain coal mine,a new safety ventilation plan is designed,and a new ventilation method is determined.Based on the required air volume and ventilation method,equipment selection plans and specific process parameters are designed.Verified on the working face,the results show that the designed high-power local ventilation fan combined with flexible air duct supply scheme can meet the entire ventilation requirements at the beginning and end of the excavation.The actual air leakage rate can be controlled at 0.6%,while maintaining a powder concentration of 28 mg/min after 4500 meters.The motor can be controlled by frequency conversion,effectively reducing energy consumption.
