摘 要:焦炉炼焦所耗热量约70%被成熟焦炭和高温干馏产生的荒煤气带走,荒煤气热能回收技术受制于焦炉生产工艺的影响无法高效高效地对热量进行回收利用。通过焦炉上升管换热器与低温余热制冷机组串级回收荒煤气余热技术的综合余热利用,显著提高了荒煤气的显热回收率,对企业余热综合利用提供了参考。About 70%of the heat consumed by coke oven coking is taken away by mature coke and raw gas generated by high-temperature dry distillation.With the development and popularization of dry quenching(CDQ)technology at home and abroad,there are mature ways to recover the waste heat contained in red hot coke.However,the heat recovery technology of raw gas cannot be efficiently recycled due to the influence of coke oven production process.The comprehensive utilization of waste heat from raw gas through the cascade recovery technology of coke oven riser heat exchanger and low-temperature waste heat refrigeration unit has significantly improved the sensible heat recovery rate of raw gas,providing a reference for the comprehensive utilization of waste heat in enterprises.
